Meet Our Team in New Hamburg, Ontario
Optometric Assistant/Office Administrator
Connie has been a cornerstone of Dolman Eyecare Centre for over 40 years, wearing many hats along the way. Now focusing more on behind-the-scenes work, she also enjoys spending time as a fun-loving grandmother and an active supporter of local community events. If you’re looking for frame advice, Connie would steer you toward Modo Eyewear!
Optometric Assistant
Judy, our resident songbird, brings decades of optical experience and a passion for helping patients find frames that match their personality. She’s got a massive soft spot for animals, often adopting pets from rescue organizations. When she’s not working, you’ll find her knitting for Children’s Hospitals or enjoying a meal at Red House in Waterloo. Judy’s eyewear pick? She could be a Maui Jim ambassador -she owns about 19 pairs!
Optometric Assistant
As our front clinic supervisor and lead pre-test technician, Daryl ensures your eye exam starts smoothly. She makes patients feel at ease during tests like pressure checks. Daryl is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping and attending horse shows. She’s often spotted wearing stylish Tiffany frames and loves dining at Lancaster Smokehouse in Waterloo.

Kristen is one of our optometric assistants and a well valued member of our team, she helps our patients feel at ease as they navigate their appointments and does the same for our eye doctors!
Our KW NeuroVision Team in Kitchener:
Reena has been part of our team since 2018 and is passionate about helping patients through vision therapy. With a background as an Occupational/Physiotherapist Assistant, she is currently pursuing certification as a Practical Vision Therapist. Reena loves soccer, traveling, and taking long walks with her dogs.
You will recognize her in the office by her warm attire, no matter the season. In Reena’s spare time she likes to play soccer, walk her adorable dogs and travel.
Vision Therapist
Karen, a former nurse, joined our team in November 2018 as a Vision Therapy Assistant and has since graduated to Vision Therapist. Keren previously worked as a nurse.Karen enjoys helping patients learn and practice new activities that allow their eyes and brain to communicate and work better together. Her hobbies include hiking and camping in the summer and spending time with her two grandchildren any time of the year. Karen is a great addition to our Vision Therapy Team and she will brighten your day with her cheery smile.
